Yanika Daniels is a current Board member originally from Jackson, Mississippi. Yanika currently serves as CEO and Founder of Daniels Talent Solutions; a talent management consulting firm that works with diverse organizations to help them create more equitable practices to recruit, develop, and retain high-achieving BIPOC talent. Before starting her firm, she spent 10 years in the private tech sector and management consulting as well as 4 years of human resources experience for education and nonprofit organizations. Yanika enjoys hiking, and spending time with friends and family, as well as live music festivals and concerts. Yanika has been very active in the Atlanta community through various community organizations. As a member of the Junior League of Atlanta, Yanika has supported and mentored young ladies through the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy and supported Healthy Mamas Healthy Babies to provide care packages for new moms. Yanika is also a member of Marietta Roswell Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta where she supports community initiatives such as creating awareness for World AIDS Day and Human Trafficking Awareness. Yanika is also a member of the Faith Center of Tucker where she has served since 2017.
